How to Prepare for Delivery
To ensure a successful fresh plant hand-off:
- Please ensure someone is home or available at the shipping address to receive the live cargo.
- Avoid leaving live plants in outdoor lockers or warm reception desks for extended periods.
- Immediately unpack the plant, water it lightly if the soil is dry, and place it in secondary indirect light to acclimatize.
