🌿 Our 30-Day Fresh Plant Promise
If your plant arrives damaged, undergoes excessive shipping stress, or exhibits health issues within the first **30 days** of delivery, we will issue a free replacement or store credit. No hassle, no complicated returns!
1. Eligibility for Plant Claims
To make a valid freshness claim for a live plant:
- Send a clear photo of the plant showing the issue or damage within 30 days to **hello@myplantstore.com** or via WhatsApp.
- Please describe the care, watering frequency, and light exposure you have given the plant since it arrived so our horticulturists can help debug.
2. Non-Live Item Returns (Planters & Tools)
For non-living items such as boutique pots, potting soil, fertilizers, and gardening tools:
- Items can be returned or exchanged within **14 days** of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original protective packaging, and in the same resellable condition you received them.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your plant health claim or return item is inspected and approved:
- For plant replacements, a brand new plant will be delivered directly to your doorstep in our next delivery run (entirely free of charge).
- For monetary refunds, a credit will be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 5 - 10 business days.
