By accessing the Site, you specifically agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the privacy statement of myplantstore.me, and to abide by all applicable laws and rules pertaining to the use of the Site. myplantstore.me maintains the right to modify these terms of use at any time, with immediate effect following publication on the website. Returns/Refunds & Cancellation Policy
MPS Promise We love plants and we’d love you to adore them too. We work hard to provide you with a plant that, in the size you have selected, resembles the plant as much as possible as it does on our website. Naturally, there will be some variation, but we have attempted to minimize this by partnering with the best suppliers we could find. You can return the goods to the delivery agent as soon as it is delivered if you would like to cancel an order or a specific item. Refunds are not available for returned plants or accessories if they are not in their original packing, have been repotted, or are missing their original packaging. You will receive a refund for the cost of that specific product or order within ten business days. There will be an extra Dhs. 15 for collection if you decide to return the plant within 24 hours of receiving it due to a change of heart. Myplantstore will not provide a refund if you accept your order and then decide within 24 hours of receiving it to change, exchange, or return plants and products. We are not liable for problems that are out of our control, such airborne pests or illnesses like aphids, box blight, or fungal leaf spot, for longer than seven days.
COPYRIGHT
myplantstore.me and its licensors own all rights to the site's design, text, images, interfaces, selection, and organization. For the exclusive purpose of making an order with myplantstore.me or using this site as a resource for shopping, permission is allowed to electronically copy and print hard copy elements of this website. Any other use of the content on this website, including the product descriptions and images, is strictly forbidden and will result in legal action under the incorporation law.
