Mulberry tree, or Morus alba (توت), is a spreading medium-sized tree with glossy, brilliant green, glossy leaves that can be up to 20 cm long and turn yellow in the fall. The leaves can be oval to heart-shaped and occasionally lobed. Late summer yields ovoid, insipid-tasting white fruit that ripens to pink and crimson. The fruit is up to 2.5 cm long.
